Singapore’s education landscape faces a dual challenge: students lack real workplace exposure, while enterprises struggle with costly, ineffective outreach. Our “One-Day Real Workplace Experience” bridges this gap through professionally produced content. Students participate in real job tasks to gain authentic industry insight and refine career goals, while a professional production team films the experience. Enterprises receive high-trust, low-cost videos that boost brand engagement and communication efficiency.
Program Overview
As a global benchmark for multicultural education, Singapore leverages its strengths in “industry-education integration” and “early career awareness” to attract large numbers of students. Yet, it still faces a dual challenge: students, shaped by traditional education’s reliance on fragmented information, often lack clarity about the real nature of job roles and their career fit—leading to frequent misalignment between their studies and career paths. On the other hand, companies face a “cognitive gap”—disconnected from the needs of Gen Z consumers, struggling with high costs and weak engagement of traditional advertising, and unable to effectively reach younger audiences.
This project aims to break the deadlock with a “One-Day Real Workplace Experience,” addressing both students’ career awareness challenges and companies’ communication needs. Students will participate deeply in real corporate projects, with the option of having their experience documented throughout the day. The footage will authentically capture daily work routines, team collaboration models, and core job requirements—helping students directly refine their career interests, lower trial-and-error costs, and providing genuine material to shape their professional image. At the same time, the suggestions and feedback offered by students during the process will be shared directly with companies, providing valuable youth perspectives for product optimization, service improvement, and operational innovation, thereby enhancing corporate competitiveness.
In parallel, the project team will leverage official social media channels to distribute these student-perspective experience videos to young users with precision targeting. For companies, this represents authentic voices from Gen Z, combining students’ social influence and content credibility to reach target audiences more efficiently and at lower cost—boosting brand affinity and potential conversion. For Singapore’s education ecosystem, it drives accurate alignment between students’ career aspirations and industry realities, achieving a dual empowerment of student growth and corporate customer acquisition.
